환불정책

제1조 구독 취소 / Subscription Cancellation

구독은 언제든지 계정 설정에서 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소 후에도 현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스 이용이 가능하며, 이후 추가 청구는 발생하지 않습니다.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

제2조 환불 조건 / Refund Eligibility

• 14일 환불 보장: 첫 구독 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 서비스에 만족하지 못하실 경우 전액 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다.
• 환불 요청은 최초 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 support@malmv.com 으로 제출해야 합니다.
• 이후 갱신 결제 기간은 관련 법률에서 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않습니다.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund by emailing support@malmv.com. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

제3조 환불 불가 항목 / Non-Refundable Items

• 무료 체험 기간 이후 갱신된 결제
• 이미 렌더링에 사용된 AI 크레딧
• 14일 환불 보장 기간 이후 제출된 환불 요청
• 서비스 이용 약관 위반으로 계정이 정지된 경우

The following are non-refundable: renewals after a free trial, AI credits already consumed, refund requests submitted after the 14-day window, and accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.

제4조 환불 처리 / Refund Process

환불 승인 시 원래 결제 수단으로 5–10 영업일 이내에 처리됩니다. 환불 요청은 support@malmv.com 으로 문의해 주세요.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Contact support@malmv.com to request a refund.

제5조 부분 환불 / Partial Refunds

연간 구독의 경우, 특별한 상황에서는 미사용 기간에 대한 부분 환불이 가능할 수 있습니다. 케이스별로 검토되며 회사의 재량에 따라 결정됩니다.

For annual subscriptions, partial refunds for unused periods may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the company's discretion.

제6조 법적 권리 / Statutory Rights

본 환불정책은 관련 소비자 보호 법령에 따른 법적 권리를 침해하지 않습니다.

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
