제1조 목적 / Purpose

이 약관은 MixingArt(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 MA LMV PRO(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 조건 및 절차, 회사와 회원 간의 권리와 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms govern the use of MA LMV PRO ("Service") provided by MixingArt ("Company"), defining the conditions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.

제2조 서비스 내용 / Service Description

AI 기반 뮤직비디오 자동 생성 서비스 / AI-powered automatic music video generation
오디오 파일 업로드 및 가사 자동 분석 / Audio upload and automatic lyrics analysis
AI 배경 이미지 생성 (OpenAI DALL-E 3) / AI background image generation
영상 렌더링 및 다운로드 / Video rendering and download
YouTube 업로드 연동 (프리미엄) / YouTube upload integration (Premium)

제3조 회원가입 및 계정 / Account Registration

서비스 이용을 위해 회원가입이 필요합니다. / Registration is required to use the Service.
하나의 이메일로 하나의 계정만 생성 가능합니다. / One account per email address.
계정 정보의 관리 책임은 회원에게 있습니다. / Members are responsible for their account credentials.
타인의 정보를 도용하거나 부정한 방법으로 가입한 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. / Fraudulent registration may result in account suspension.

제4조 요금제 / Subscription Plans

Basic (무료 / Free): 월 5회 렌더링 / 5 renders per month
Starter: 월 30회 렌더링 / 30 renders per month — $9.99/mo
Premium: 무제한 렌더링, 커스텀 로고, YouTube 업로드 / Unlimited renders, custom logo, YouTube upload — $19.99/mo
요금제 및 혜택은 사전 공지 후 변경될 수 있습니다. / Plans may change with prior notice.

제5조 저작권 / Copyright

회원이 업로드한 오디오 파일의 저작권은 해당 저작권자에게 있습니다. / Copyright of uploaded audio belongs to the respective rights holder.
저작권 있는 음원의 무단 사용으로 발생하는 법적 문제는 회원 본인에게 책임이 있습니다. / Members are solely responsible for copyright compliance.
서비스를 통해 생성된 영상의 저작권은 회원에게 귀속됩니다. / Generated videos are owned by the member.

제6조 금지 행위 / Prohibited Actions

서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위 / Interfering with normal service operation
서비스를 이용한 불법적인 콘텐츠 제작 및 유포 / Creating or distributing illegal content
계정 공유 및 무단 접근 시도 / Account sharing or unauthorized access attempts

제7조 서비스 중단 / Service Interruption

회사는 시스템 점검, 서버 장애, 천재지변 등의 사유로 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있으며, 이로 인한 손해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, server failures, or force majeure events and shall not be liable for damages resulting therefrom.

제8조 준거법 / Governing Law

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
